Hello
Take a look at the Tech Note, yes they most certainly patented listed in the referenced documents. Distortion is in the Tech Note. Why would you want to take one apart? As far as a list?...

Hello Widget
I am not a fan of purely subjective reviews. I would rather see a review that has a combination of measurements and subjective impressions. I have always preferred the Stereophile...
So who looks at the spinaroma data and Kllppel data from on line reviews? Do you put any weight on it?
I do when there is a speaker reviewed I am interested in. I also think there is a lot of...
He put it up thought it was still on Patreon
Thanks
The review looks pretty fair to me. Don't understand all the drama.

OK...
Hello Ian
I would look at both sides.
And it's not just Erin it's issues with another review of one of his speakers done by Amir at ASW and a third review as well.

Good luck on the cone kits, there should be some stashed around. The 2235 is a late 70's early 80's driver? Came after 2231. The 2215's have their roots back in the 60's so very different drivers....
Oh didn't realize it was 2215's my mistake. Nothing lowly about them also use an underhung coil just like the E-145s. That was good advice not to change them.
Rob :)
Hello Derek
Yeah it's odd the jump with 15" drivers. I have the same bass drivers as the your 813C in my active 4 way system E-145 and 2235's. They make a very nice combo with the snap of the...
Hello Ian
Thanks WRT Revel and 15" drivers?
Rob :)
Sneaky!!! Infinity had a speaker called the Infinitesimal and doing demoes they would do the same thing. Saw quite a few jaws drop in those demo's including me the first time!
Rob
We are all in our 60's and the Infinities were late 70's early 80's vintage no idea about model numbers. My friend with the Harmon Kardon system had the L100 competitor from Infinity, Same issue as...
Hello
I had a number of friends with nice system's back in the day. However as marriage, kids, mortgage and college came knocking most were slowly lost to the inevitable and only 2 kept their...
Hello Ian
I think you need to add JBL Pro into the mix to do a more balanced evaluation. Using just consumer market share I don't think is a good indicator. How many people do you know with Bose...
Hello Ian
I think it's a step in the right direction. The last interface we all have to deal with, and in many cases live with, is what actually happens in our listening rooms. No amount of...
Hello
Now you went and did it! So how does it go?
Rob :)
Another interesting interview. Good info on the Geedlee Distortion Metric and masking.

Hello Heather
Ever mess with dog's? Discovered by accident! Play wolves howling Wendy Carlos Sonic Seasonings or do a high frequency sine sweep. One initiates curiosity and a determined search...
Well then why don't you post a couple that you do see the humor in?
Rob :)
It's a couple years old in case you missed it.

LOL!! East vs West?
The only JBL kit he sells so far is for the 4311.
That's OK he "upgrades" Revels as well so he is an equal opportunity warranty destroyer selling "parts upgrades" and...
That's funny! Two of my favorites
Rob :)
.
Wow! That's just nut's to me. Just leave them be or take out the original crossovers and keep them around so you can change back. It seems to me he has no idea what a 4311 was designed for.
...
Hello Don
No thanks for posting
Hey he fixes everything broken or not. Why do a listening comparison? He's a curve guy. Some may like the mod but it's certainly not going to be a 4311...
Unfortunately no new products this year! Audio was my favorite of them all had a lot of really good articles. Love that turntable!
Happy April Fools Day!

So any of you still read the Stereo Mags or visit the review sites like Sound and Vision as an example?
