My original thought (before it was damaged by water) was to refurbish and keep them, but at this point, the one speaker cabinet is ruined based on your opinions....

Yea -- looks like the bottom panel retained moisture also and has slight warp.
I guess the easy solution would to find a empty 4410 cabinet, but if possible, would like to repair this cabinet.

The bottom baffle is expanded from moisture. I will post some pics tonight when I get home.

Interesting you mentioned the grill pegs. One of the grills was "tacked" on with small finishing nails.
Upon removing the nails, sure enough all of the pegs had been sheared off.

Just grabbed a nice pair of 4410's for $150/pair advertised on CL. :)

Cabinets are in very good condition, drivers are in excellent condition (need to refoam woofers though, but expected).
