I am working on a front loaded horn. I would like to design the front chamber so that the bobin hits the magnet before the cone hits the wood.

I can replace the baffle board. It is mounted from the inside with the baffle cloth fastened to it.
An extra board will also stiffen the baffle which is a good thing. There is place. Thanks Rob!

Straight from the table. I see I forgot le, but le doesn't affect VAS. Green in WinISD is entered. Blue is calculated.
WinISD can be used for calculating VAS. Which I did.

Failing with the dbx 234 is quite an acomplishment considering it being a very simple filter to set up.
Do not trust scotsmen advising to throw valuable property into landfills.

Choose crossover and amplifiers with xlr inputs and outputs. The increased voltage gives you better signal to noice ratio. Xlr also removes the possibility for ground loops if you make your own...

Is the box made of plywood och chipboard? How dense plywood? How much bracing is there?
There is a riaa filter ready to use in Rephase. So in theory you can feed the pickup signal to the analog input of your filter. Maybe you need some amplification.
I don't know if it is wise to use...
