I'm Replicating C34 design speakers, I'm wondering if 6uF series on the 2402 are too big for the diaphagram (I know JBL developed like that....) but why cutting so low the 2402?
thanks

they are available somewhere on the forum or network.
Hi Ivica, I know,I was just speaking about personal taste, even if it’s not intended By JBL developers. :)
In any case,amazing wood work!!! Congrats!
I’m the only one that do not like the listening with lenses?
Lucky man!!! how you can find stock crossover!?!
some example:

another example on a 3 way http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?34338-2245-active-3-way/page2
don't do 4344 crossover, do custom crossover....this beyma have to work down to 1000-1500hz, not above....you just waste a beautiful sounding tweeter in this case...
have you the exact construction plans for f280a?
impressive!
2234h --> 300hz (or 250hz)
2123 --> 300 (250hz)-800hz
2441 --> 800 - 10.000hz
2405 --> >10.000hz
easy game.:bouncy:
with 2441 you can go down to 500hz in a Yuichi 290 or Iwata, in this case...
From What I do remember, but I could be wrong
LE14 Ok with 4343cx
LE10 NOK with 4343cx (LE10 have totally different parameter, so you'll cross somewere in another frequency region)
For crossover see below, you have both options, for biamp or full passive
79262
to search 2234, first...good luck, second put a [Wanted] on marketplace.
2123h is more efficient (cloth suspension) than 2121 or 2122 but could be a good substitute (most people are using 2123 because it sound good, it's reliable and easy to find).
I think you can...
Why not!
but will be a new version of 4343.... and I do not know if you can use the same crossovers, especially in the midrange section parameters are quite different
please check for your...
WOW!!! nice project!
interesting build :)
you should replicate a Wood horn and not a plastic one :)
engage your 3D and CNC skills!
check C38 baron from JBL

Recapping the crossover might help, also Lpad...
box volume must be check, but D130 will not go...
wow nice!
open a 3D on the 4430, I would like to start also with this build, I've some doubt to find every Crossover component!
I know, but it's just a matter of time... :) you'll change again!
2213 can't support in a proper way a compression driver and the slot tweeter...
you would need a 15" in addition.
Step by step...time by time....
you'll be placing a 15"/18" ported below your nice cabinets, and replace the 123A (despite is a nice woofer) with a 2202 :)
Or remove the 12" for a single 15" if...
Hi, the same Iwata posted below.
I just Add the side of the horn.
788017880278803
Iwata or yuichi290
the yuichi seems the best for TAD driver, used also by TAD.
construction plans are also available for both.
I Listen 2441 on Iwata horn and it's way better than already...
