Lots of good ones here, Fritz, and many I've lost track of but are great to see again. Some duds and strange ones but that's the fun.
:applaud:
Another band I used to dig, and for some reason sounded great on my old Apogee's. :bouncy: Haven't heard the Heep in quite awhile.
All good stuff, guys. :)
Concert for George (Harrison)
Stumbled upon this a few weeks ago. It's great, and I'll have to get the recording. Just watching Ravi's daughter conduct the Indian orchestra alone is worth it.

Yeah but it's not just the low notes. I'm talking 'bout low sodium, low choles/fat, low aggro, low budget, low BS, and other minimalisms.
:D
Nice albums there, Seawolf. I live in upstate NY, so usually have to go to the Albany area for a vinyl fix.
Don't take it too literally. I mean I've always had a hard time of finding good, cheap vinyl in my neck of the woods. Not that many garage type sales I guess, and many of the old LP shops have gone...
I hate you guys that get all these great LP deals. :p
^ I need to pick up some of the newer Dylan stuff.
Right now I'm spinning Gov't Mule 'Deepest End', and a bootleg King Crimson concert from Nov. 7, 1981 - Savoy Theater, NYC.
Not at the same...

Could be that too.
I'm a little surprised by that. Perhaps internal component matching could be more consistent with those?
I have several MoFi CD's:
~ Blind Faith
~ Cream - Live Cream; Wheels of Fire; Disreali Gears
~ ELP - Tarkus
~ Iron Butterfly - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida
~ Joe Jackson - Night and Day
~ Tull - Stand...
Man, never sell your last turntable! C'mon! Whassamatta with you Seawolf??!!
:thnkfast:
I dunno. I'd probably go with the 1227 coz it's belt-drive.
Is it time for beer and assorted...
I'm sure I could give it a good try, but not today. ;)
All hail Boxing Day! Hope your X-mas day was good. I've switched to David Bowie's "Earthling" and Brian Eno's "Nerve Net" to close things down.
(BTW - the new snare sounds righteous...right at...
The talking dog thing was new to me too. :dont-know I can only vouch for the playlist and the connection...generally they've been pretty good.
Another good one (as online channels go) is www.radioparadise.com.
Me & the turkey ("The turkey and I"? lol) are booking ourselves as "The Double Turks"!! Special one-time Christmas engagement only. Ol' Tom is doing accordion & whizzer cone today. :bouncy:

Meh...I just woke up a while ago, so I'm playing the jazz channel through the cable TV. No commercials and that's good. It's playing Kenny Burrell's "Footprints" right now.
Won't be long and...
Thank you sir!

And that's saying something. I'll have to check it out.
