I own a Harman Kardon 930 receiver that has had most of the capacitors in critical sections replaced with Elna Cerafines. The four main power supply caps were also replaced with new ones of a higher...
I own a JBL SG520 preamp/controller that is in very good condition. It has recently been given a clean bill of health by my tech. It does not have the wood side panels though. Anyone have any idea...
I believe I have seen the foam edges applied that way on a pair of 12" Celestion woofers too.
Hi Joe. The upgraded crossover fit into its stock location inside the back of the speaker. Zipplok
Hello everyone. Here are a few pictures of my upgraded L220 crossovers I recently completed. The resulting sound improvement was well worth the effort. Zipplok

Hi Squibcake. If you wish to get the most out of your L100's I reccommed rebuilding the crossovers using audiophile parts. I rebuilt two pairs using new L-pads, Audiocap capacitors and silver...
Try Harman Japan. They still have both the white and grey cone kits for the L220's 14" woofers. They might even have replacements for the 15" passives too.
They also have 16uf caps available.

I upgraded the crossovers in my pair of L55's and followed the schematic to the letter paying particular attention to inductor placement. The only part I did not replace was the four lead 3mh...
