Yes and that one likely has the 075 / 2402 diaphragm rather than the 077 / 2405 diaphragm.

I would use a drop of the Moyen adhesive from a recone kit. I’ve fixed cut’s and tears in surrounds both cloth and foam with it. Kept thin it is plenty flexible and durable.

For these type of chores I use aluminum wheel cleaner. These are acid base and all the usual harsh chemical cautions apply. Make sure to neutralize with a good rinse.
