listening to record 1
Produced by Chips Moman.
Reggie Young guitars.
Track A6 "Reason to quit".
Track B1 "No reason to quit".
Accordeons, violins, pianos and voices voices voices.
You must love this one too.
Very good German pressing in 180gr vinyl. 2LPs.
Don't forget to dance, it's all good clean fun, a mess of the blues.....
Rory Gallagher - Tatoo
(1973, Polydor) -1A/-1A; STERLING RL in the deadwax

killer LP, Rory at his peak.
My personal favorite EC solo LP.
No gospel. No reggae. No Tom Dowd as producer.
But there is Glyn Johns (he who was next) what meant: no partying, but hard work.
A high point of slowhand's career.
These Contemporary LPs have very good dynamics. Remastered 1990 by Phil De Lancie at Fantasy Studios, Berkley.
Previn p, Manne dr and Mitchell b recorded this one August 24 & 25, 1959.
The front cover is a 1939 painting by Ben Shan and is called "Handball". It is in the collection of The Museum of Modern Art, New York.
There are many peaks on Gallagher Mountain!
Excellent quartet with Lou Martin, keyboards.
The front cover art by Robin Lawrie is an unforgettable icon.
Excellent original Austrian pressing by famous "Austro Mechana".
Listen to A4, the swinging "They don't make them like you anymore". And that's a fact.
This is definitively the worst vinyl LP in my collection.
I only grabbed it because of the promising notes on back cover: "Recorded at Electric Lady Studios by Eddie Cramer".
Too many boring four letter words. Still funny after all these years? Some kind of weird cult object in USA?
IMHO abuse of vinyl material......
Another curious one by 2 weird US comedians.
Difficult for German thinking/speaking people.
Difficult for Not Drug Abusers.
Difficult for HIFI fans.
Weird scenes inside the goldmine.......
Vinyl abuse.
