116H with dome dust caps?

I see a set on ebay... they'd be good for my 4301B project... but they have dome dust caps. Is that correct for these?

116A and 116H were both inverted domes, IIRC...
later dash versions ( -1, -2, ...) had "normal" domes, but
would then not be "correct". The units currently on ebay
(I only see one pair at the moment), would not be correct
regardless of what the seller is advertising (116H-2 ?).
