That industrial tract has about 1100 of mostly older brick buildings. The surrounding area is residential with the 110 freeway 5 minutes to the west on Florence Ave.
I have sold and leased many buildings on this block of Mckinley Ave. I think it is a good, affordable industrial neighborhood - a bustling area for manufacturers and distributors. The are tax benefits through the Enterprise Zone and the property owners implemented a Business Improvement District to keep the area secure and clean.
