Are there any vendors of 16-ohm L pads other than JBL? I've never seen them offered by the usual parts houses.
This is the original 16 ohm high power L-Pad JBL used in the 43xx large format studio monitors - however, this particular part number has the 3/8" shaft instead of the 1" shaft. I've not found the 1" shaft version but then I've not looked real hard either.
