Can some one tell me what the jbl model number is for a 135a?

2230A...15" white Aquaplas cone....used in the 4350 Studio Monitor

135A was used in the L45 Flair.

Can a 2235h cone be put in the 135a frame?

Not only will it work, it is the best choice. Assuming you have a pair of these, they should both be changed.
