That's an interesting colour choice. I like the dark wood, but the blue is a little bright for me. Is it stained walnut?
When I built mine I was debating if I should build them as an exact clone, or slightly change them. I ended up using teak instead of walnut and rounding the edges of the ports. Otherwise the cabinets are an exact copy. If I had to do it again I would probably make the cabinets a little deeper and use walnut veneer.
The only original driver that I used was the 2445, so mine aren't a real 4345 clone.
Very nice. The Tardis color looks pretty close to stock for certain vintages of JBL :)
That's the flash making the blue go mad
I've had that with the Zilch Cloth and it is really quite dark.
I still have the Zilch cloth in a package.
I must make some new grills..........
