How to take out the 4311 level control knobs ?

Hi all,

Is anyone know how to take the knobs out from the level controls on the 4311WX-A monitor ?
I have tried to pull it straight out but didn't work, I wasn't pull too hard as I was worried about to break the controls. Will it be fastened by a hidden set screw ?

The screws are hidden underneath the front label. Use a heat gun to soften the adhesive and something like a wide blade putty knife to get the label off....becareful not to burn the label or deform it...be patient and you'll get it. Also...take the knobs off the L-pads so as not too turn 'em into blobs of molten plastic.
