Anybuddy identify this? 075, D130 LE8H Accessory.

I got this with a pair of D-130s & 075 in cabinetsand 4 LE8H, 2 in two separate enclosures. I never saw it hooked up - I purchased it - yep the old story - the whole package for $40. I'm assuming its a active crossover but anyone seen one? Specs? Value? Anyone? Anyone? Beuller? Beuller?

This is definitely an active crossover. From the looks of it, I’m guessing it was a DIY effort. Here is a link to something similar:

You may be able to examine the capacitors and resistors to determine the crossover frequencies.
