Mystery Speaker with JBL components

I know, TPIWWP. I didn't have my camera with me.

I went pick up a set of L15's today and the fellow asked me to look at some other speakers he had and could not identify.

There's an LE20, PR8 (white cone, silver cap - hell, maybe it was a PR10), and some 123-like Alnico 12", Black cone, black cap, accordion surround in a staggered configuration. Bottom to top: 12" - LE20 - PR8. No marks or tags on the PR8 or 12"'. The back of the cabinet had an XO with screw terminals, a single pot and "Model 2368". No other identifying marks. The cabs are walnut veneer, the grills set into the set back baffle. The 12" was flush set into the baffle. The grill pegs were no more than a cupped metal piece. The screws all looked JBL. I don't think JBL ever put a PR8/PR10 with a 12" or recommended that configuration.

At first blush, one might think real JBL's, but the model on the back XO threw me. Maybe an add-in? However, I can't find anything in the archives that look like this one.

Any guesses? Heathkit? Other?
