Don't know if you have seen this or not. It's interesting and point's out what you were saying in the other EQ thread. Need a nice sharp filtered parametric to deal with room modes. Reminds me of the RABOS system and the parametrics in the Revel sub. Still like my ancient Uries but I have to agree they are and where not designed to deal with that.

I read the reviews on the PARC. Nice!! Have you ever dealt with the old analog feedback destroyers?? I think Behringer had one. I know many will cringe at the thought but if I see one I might just see what it can do. God knows what it will sound like but it seems to be possible to configure one to work along the same lines as a PARC. In my 8024 I have a digital feedback destroyer built right in. Any other analogs like the PARC you know about??

I've got one of those RMC kits described in the JBL paper, but haven't put it to use yet. Two of them just sold on eBay for $6 and $1 respectively - I paid $30 for mine. I think they're about $100 new.
It really does look useful, and I expect to try it out on my 4315's pretty soon - I've got a "sound party" coming up near the end of September for a bunch of friends of mine, (including a Bose 901 "aficionado")...

Personally ,I prefer hammers :bash: and a good sawzall for those tough rooms!
