Electrolytic Question

Will (2) paralleled 100uf electrolytics filter out as much noise (potential for hum, AC line noise) as a single (1) 200uf electrolytic in the same spot?
We're talking the first filters in a power supply here.

All else is equal, I am just adding an identical 100uf to the 100uf already there: 100uf + 100uf
