Hi,
Just received my new diaphragms for my ALTEC 802-8D from Sound Speaker Repairs. However, I noticed the 3 x mounting holes are slightly out of alignment.
Can I use a slightly larger drill bit to bore the mounting holes on the diaphragm slightly bigger? I noticed its the 2 studs that keep the diaphragms concentric, hence it should be alright for the mounting holes to be slightly bigger?
Am I right? Thanks
