at first login this has no effect for me.
If I click on the Forum tab or tree root (?) under "New Posts"
the "bubbles" slightly increase in size, then I can double click
on them with the desired effect (area gets marked as read).
Interesting new pic upload interface :) (only got around to that this morning)
