Does anyone have or can direct me to a set of plans for an A7 Magnificent? I have found the exterior dimensions but can only estimate the dimensions of the horn for the woofer. If I could construct the cabinets myself, I would not be concerned with experimentation but I am recovering from back surgery and my efforts are extremely limited. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are some A7 plans in the Altec section of the library.
Are they not sufficient for your purpose?
FYI, I believe they are the most comprehensive that you'll find ( at least publicly ).

Maybe I missed it but I could not find it. The Magnificent used a 15 inch woofer and a 515b horn. The 515b requires a width of at least 30 inches. Thanks
Maybe search on “altec 817” and “altec 511 horn”

The Magnificent was merely an A-7 turned upside down with the 511 occupying the port space, and then all dressed up to stay at home. So if you really want to build one ( and I do wonder why *) use the plans in the library as Earl suggested.

Ed thanks for the clarification, the expected efficiency of the bass horn is negligible since I will be biamping the system.
