Port dimensions in DIY cabinet
Even if you build with drawings of orignal cabinet there will be slight variations in volume. For exact tuning, you need to make measurements after everything is installed.
The drawing posted above can be used as a good start, make one of the legs longer than the drawing so it can be cut to the appropriate length.
There is a lot of info for tuning on the web
Be happy you chose 4355, in 4350 you have 6 tubes to work with.

Port dimensions work..just use the drawing to scale
Well, I was lost too but after printing a copy and scaling it from Allan's post it was easy. I should have kept the dimensions as I have closed up the speakers now. Yes building these was fun. The 4351's are next. Sorry about the upside down pic! This is a great thread!

Veneer and trim are done!!!
Hi there!
after 2 days of very intensive work, I'm done with the veneer and trim! A little bit more of delicate sanding and they will be ready for finish. Any suggestion? Tung oil, Danish oil, Livos oil?
I will order the JBL foical very soon...
Thank you so much to everyone for the help I could find here!
