Bass horns better than Altec Voice of the Theater ?

Anyone ever listen to a pair of these ?

Then Fraziers were good. They are a sort of similar horn flare to the RCA basshorns of the past, and many swear the RCA basshorns sounded better than the Altec cabinets.
