:) Hi: Had the same problem, try: [email protected], in my case they sent me a complete S120P II at a very reduced price (forget how much), which is a lot better sub; Also You could buy one of the 250W plate amps from Parts Express, they work OK, there is a little bit of carpentry involved.
The AMI modules are a piece of Junk, and unobtainable, I tried everything on the īnet.
