Improvements in Monitor Loudspeaker Systems
Volume 31 Number 6 pp. 408-422; May 1983
As the recording industry enjoys the benefits of both digital and advanced analog recording technology, attention is appropriately focused on the use of compression driver and horn designs which are some 25-30 years old. Evolutionary improvements in woofers, compression drivers, and dividing networks combined with new constant-coverage horn designs have resulted in a frequency response more consistently uniform at all coverage angles (yielding flat power response) along with lowered distortion and increased acoustic power output at the frequency levels.

DAMN! now im even more impressed by these 4430. i just gotta get em!
I'd like to get a set of 4343 foilcals. I'm about ready to replace some of the L-pads and would be interested in a back-up set in case they are damaged removing them.

the scans are great.....and usable to copy them for silk screening.
I have to talk with Guido, who had posted some days before, to copy some foilcals with silkscreening.
BTW: the 4435 is exactly the same like the 4430, except the model no. xxx5

Are you sure with this HP?
I think the 4435 HF level is max 0 dB.
Have to look at my scans.
