Recommende CDs for "reality checks"

Hello !

Please excuse my maybe strange question
I understand that is possible to find on the market high quality recordings of real sounds made without any mastering effect (sounds like rain, broken glasses, bells and so on )
I would be very grateful if anyone could suggest me any label that does these kind of recordings
I believe that this kind of recordings can be a reliable tool for judging the accuracy of a system
Using music can be even misleading, considering how music is processed and compressed today
In general I am very interested in CDs that can be valid tools to assess the quality of reproduction of a system
