Where do I need to send these to be re-foamed properly and what should it cost?
Do any of the forum members here do it?
Thanks,
Chris

- Click Here ! (http://audioheritage.csdco.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=9797) to read the most recent thread dedicated to refoaming costs ( along with a few recommended service centers ) .
- If your le14(s) are the "A" version and still have the original LansaLoy surrounds , getting a reasonable refoam will be more labor intensive and therefore costlier ( unless you don't mind seeing the remnants of the old surrounds still attached to the front of the cones ) .
- Have you considered reconing instead of just refoaming ?

It'd help to know where you are.
$50 apiece, if you're lucky.
Word is delivery of LE14 recone kits is pushed back 'til May....

If you're in SoCal, then you can still get 'em done for $40 each here:

Hurry, though, I'm sure those prices will rise soon as indicated in the thread Earl K referenced.
