Hi Can a 2202H or 2204H be reconed with a E120-8 kit and end up with a
E120-8 driver ??? Or to put it another way is the motor structure exactly the same on all three drivers???

E120 has a thicker magnet.

This has been covered a number of times in this forum. If you use the search function it will point you to the posting(s).

The magnet or the top plate? What keyword should I use for search?

I *did* say magnet..:)

The thickness of the top plate is the same and so are the baskets so the kits are interchangeable.

However the different magnet sensitivities will slightly change the LF and LF response.

use 2204 or E120 for a search and include Giskard ( he had posted a comparison on them at one time.)
