Indications are that there is another run of kits to be made available. By accident JBL quoted me about $206 per. Not cheap!

Do I remember right that these can recone a LE14A basket?

Any idea how to be sure one gets a kit or two?

- ( $206.00, was that including labour ? )
- At the quoted price for a le14h-1 recone , I'd buy a "new" complete woofer from Harman ( better warranty and all that ). One or the other following 14" woofers will fit the bill for most uses .

- Yes, the "long-coil" le14h-1 cone kit fits into the le14a magnetic assembly .

- No, the le14h-3 cone kit will not fit up properly into the older 14" "Legacy" assemblies which sport the 7mm deep gap ( top-plate ) .

:)

The $206 is the price from Harman plus tax and shipping. The woofer systems are not available despite what it shows on the site.

Can mere mortals get the re-cone kits? Or just JBL authorized? From JBL Consumer or JBL Pro?

Just JBL authorized in the U.S.

Any JBL authorized willing to get me a couple? I promise not to tell!
