Hi!
currently I'm using a JBL M552 for my subs. I think it coulors the sound and it lacks some utilities I would like to have. F.e. a steep setable high pass filter. Anyone have a tip on a better one?

Thanks!

i personally would use the dbx driverack pa if you dont want to spend a lot of cash. if the doesnt matter the bss omni-drive is a great peice. or even a bss london system just to say you have one

I'll second the Driverack suggestion.

As well as a reasonably steep 24dB/oct filters it also has compressors, parametric EQ and a sub-harmonic synthesiser. Lots of fun for subs!

Cheers,
Ralph.

I believe the 480's and other larger driveracks have an upgrade to 54db slopes im not 100% sure on that. I know the BSS ones have an upgrade for them so if you really want a tight slope

F.e. a steep setable high pass filter. Anyone have a tip on a better one?I created one at 25 Hz in the feedback destroyer (parametric) function of my EQ per RobH's suggestion. Works fine.
