Leaving for a couple of days to celebrate in Oslo with the wifes family.

Two of my three kids and my grandson are coming to LA for a week. We'll go to the desert for Christmas (Joshua Tree National Park--get the album by U2), to the Morongo Casino and Resort AND Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, to Santa Catalina Island (look it up everyone) for a day, to Onami for sushi and sashimi, to The Pike in Long Beach for arcade madness, to the Cerritios Center for Performing Arts for an acrobatic show, to the ArcLight Cinemas for a movie in the Cinerama Dome, and more! Maybe Happy Hour one night, but not for the grandson. :cheers:

Since they're coming from Chicago and Kalamazoo, they can't wait to get to sunny soCal. It'll be 80 degrees (F) on Christmas.

I hope everyone can enjoy the holidays as much as I intend to. :happyh:
