What would you buy!!

Ok here is the deal, I am considering buying one more set of loudspeakers. I truly love my old JBL's and I am sure someday my son will love them. We are thinking about moving the 46's to downstairs and adding something upstairs to run with the old 50's I have been looking around at the older stuff we both love,but maybe we should consider new. We are only interested in three way speakers and will be used for listening to vinyl.

I guess I'm a little biased, but L100s come from the vinyl age.

Nicely restored L65A's sound magical with vinyl. 122A or 129H 12" woofer, LE5-9 5" mid and 077 slot tweeter. Floor standing speaker with glass top. One of my all time fav's.

if you do not mind somthing really off beat
dali 8 loudspeakers are close to the best thing i ever heard
these were dali`s 1st effort at hifi (i belive)
but they sounded awsome
the only two speakers i really like are dali and jbl
the
d is for danish
a = audiophile
l = loudspeaker
i = industuries
and im sure thier high end gear is well worth while
but i belive their cheaper stuff is buit in japan or asia some where:(

It look's like you are hooked on the old stuff to. I think I will start scouting and see what I can find, I know to be patient and the right one's will become available. What about the L36 I always liked that speaker ?
