Hi,
I have a pair of tweeters with the above part code. Additionally, they have 'C5 Wave' ink stamped on them and another number almost too faint to read. As far as I can tell, it is '633TND'. They are both in excellent condition having only been used as replacement tweeters in a pair of Yamaha NS10M studio monitors.

I'm presuming they are JBL tweeters from the little bit of info I can find floating around on the web.

I'm stripping the NS10Ms for spares and was just curious as to the tweeters saleability/worth?

Can someone help. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Seems to be from a JBL "Creature" multimedia (computer) speaker.

Hmmmm...these have been installed in the NS10Ms since the mid 90's when multimedia speakers were just a twinkle in Bill Gates' eye. I figured the 'Creature' was a much later development than circa '95/'96.

I have a pic which is a bit out of focus but may serve as a visual clue...dunno how to upload tho'

Thanks for your help! :hmm:

Sorry. I looked some more, found this old thread. Looks like it is from a Pro-8

Thanks for the info. I guess they're probably not worth much. The Pro V111 looks like a small studio monitor to me....could be wrong though! :hmm:
