hello all-this is the first time that i've had the pleasure to visit
your cool site!!
i am hoping someone can help me-i picked up some really, really old drivers today
at a thrift store
on the back, they say"ALTEC lansing-a quality company of LTV Ling Altec,Inc.
they are model 405A speakers,DIA-CONE
i hooked them up,and they sound great!! i have no idea what they came out
of-however,the drivers are connected to a large circular metal"grill" which
makes them look as if they were once used as ceiling speakers
can anyone identify these antiques? thanks for any help!!
