Metregon Era JBL Enclosure/Driver Chart

Did anybody see this eBay ad for a pair Metregon speakers.

I wasn't so much interested in the speakers, they appeared nice and all, as I was intrigued by the JBL Enclosures-Systems chart and price list, about halfway down the listing. It's a pretty well laid out chart that shows the enclosures available for that time period, system names, the drivers you get in them, and prices. Cool stuff. It looks like it's part of a Metregon brochure. I just did a quick surf through the LH Library and couldn't find a copy here. Does anyone know if the LH Library has I copy of that brochure? If not, does anyone have a copy that can be added?

I scanned and submitted the 1959 version a year or two ago.
I don't know what specific catalog the eBayer pulled those pages from.
