Another polarity question... If I swap out 123A-1's for either 123A-3's or 2213H's Currently, black wire = black connector and green/black wire = red connector

do I simply wire in reverse to maintain proper polarity? All other componants remain the same.

Thx in advance

I would make the "Swapped In" driver do the same as the old (123A-1) driver. "Currently, black wire = black connector and green/black wire = red connector" If the green/black wire goes to red(123A-1), and it makes the cone push out, think of it as "Positive". Take a 1.5V AA cell and touch + to red, and - to black, to verify the original. Once you know, touch your "Swapped In" driver, with the AA + and -, to determine what will make it do the same as the original.. Example: on a 2213, + to Black= push.
