Hi all,
the "driver foilcal project" is going to a new phase. The aluminium material will arrive on friday.
The next step is a test print on the aluminium with a special printer.
Now the question..... is anyone able to figure out, where I (we) can get the tool for the small "strike in" charakters (fonts) for the numbers from 0 to 9 ?
Maybe that my lost foilcals will soon be again on the drivers.

You won't like the price, but here in the "Good Book" they have exactly what you need. Look at the bottom of the page.

These aren't as easy to use, but with care should do the trick.

You might also try a Thomson Registry or Google search for Tool and Die supplies.

thanxs Widget,
thats what I need,...want to try to find there the "right" font and have a look for the right font size. Yes...they are a little pricey, but I only need the smaller priced 0 to 9.
When the test print is ok, I go on for them.

Try a typewriter on foilcals, also. Use the "no ribbon" setting for sharpest numbers....

while waiting for the (expensive) material....which foilcals will be the most important?
For my own use I need 2441 ,2402 and 2235H.
The material is large format, so I will fill the complete surface with labels.

PS: maybe it's time to construct a LHF merchandise page for the blue cloth, Guido's front labels and perhaps the driver foilcals :)
