I don't have a spare, but here are some links.

See D8R035TiA here: http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Goes%20Into%20List/Goes%20Into%20List.pdf
Or here: http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Transducers%20Parts%20List/Transducer%20Parts%20List.pdf
Diaphram
is $92

Transducer is here: http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Transducers%20Parts%20List/Transducer%20Parts%20List.pdf
A whopping $190. Yikes!

I have a pair of Control 10's, which I bought used for $200 ,and if something dies I just might not fix them. At these prices, I guess JBL is creating throw-away speakers. They might as well be sold at Best Buy with that philosophy.

Thanks for the info

I saw some prices before posting and nearly had a cardiac arrest

I was thinking the same thing - I have already spent a fortune on these damn speakers and was looking for a cheap way out

To make things worse the Australian Dollar isnt worth as much a US one so it makes it even more expensive

Cheers!

YEE HA

Thank you so much

Are you allowed to ask dumb questions in this forum?

Would that be a complete Tweeter? I have pulled mine out of the speaker and it is one unit bit it breaks apart after you release the screws on the front centre. What is like to be faulty here?

Any assistance would be greatly apreciated

Kind regards

Daniel

Thanks guys but it appears I jumped the gun

I have bigger problems

I just changed the tweeters over between speakers and both tweeters are fine

So I am guessing that either the high frequency pot is gone or the cross over is screwed.

Does anyone have any idea why the tweeter wouldnt be working and what tests you can do to diagnose the problem?

Thanks again

Kind regards

Daniel

You find the crossover schematic here

http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Control%20Series/Control%2010LR.pdf

Check internal wiring and C10.

BTW, in this schematic H.F is called 119HS and L.F. is called 037ti which is wrong!
H.F. is where H.F. is an L.F. is where L.F. is
