Please don't try that, the cones are very thin paper, and they are easily damaged.
My main suggestion, leave them alone.
If you must try, place one drop of water at exactly the center of the dent.
Let it rest a while to soak in. Then use a piece of half inch nylon tubing to apply suction to the center cap with your mouth. It is possible to make the dent come out.
Do not get any water on the cone, just the one drop on the center cap. If the cone gets wet, don't touch it, set it aside for a week until it dries.

I have had some success with scotch tape. Obviously patience is required for this type of stuff.


Popped a Ti diaphram back out this way.

Often wondered about this one. Would it cause a huge problem if you used a pin to pierce the dustcap and then (again using a pin - with the end bent maybe) to pull/pop the dimple? Does the dustcap have to be entirely intact or could you leave a pin-prick-sized hole? Could you reseal any hole that you made with something? Would this change the characteristics of the speaker - especially if it was an L25 or something similarly small? (I imagine that it would not matter much with a larger cone if you added some minute mass to the dustcap)

Well If you just left it dimpled it would not change the sound as well!!!
