What woof in L26...L26A

What woofer is used in these speakers ? What is the diff between these ?
The tweeter is the LE25 right ?

Was it a decent driver ? Nothin' like the 124A right ?
Are they worth $175.00 for a pair with new foam ? And decent cabs too.
Strength's ? Weaknesses ?

I consider them the beginning of the "cheap" drivers. JBL had to do something to compete at the lowest price points. Fortunately their performance isn't terrible.

No, they are not a 121A, 122A, 123A, 124A, or 126A :p They are a cheaper LE10A and identical to the 127A except for the inverted dust cap. 2-inch voice coil as opposed to the LE10A's 3-inch voice coil.

I can't say what they are worth to anybody. It all depends on the perceived need.

Last pair of L26s I sold, had oak cabinets in pretty decent condition with refoamed woofers... they sold for $150/pr locally. One datapoint in a sea of information...
