half-rack mount dimensions

Greetings, fellow Heritage members:

Can anyone share with me or direct me to a resource with the official specifications for rack mounting dimensions, especially half-rack. I'm working on a project in which we'd like to build a small rack for half-rack sized components, and we need to know things like mounting hole spacing, width between mounting holes, minimum distance between the rails, etc.

I don't have a copy, but the IEC standards are:
IEC 60297-1 Ed. 3.0 (Bilingual 1986) : Dimensions of mechanical structures of the 482.6 mm (19 in) series. Part 1: Panels and racks

IEC 60297-2 Ed. 1.0 (Bilingual 1982) : Dimensions of mechanical structures of the 482.6 mm (19 in) series. Part 2: Cabinets and pitches of rack structures

I'm not aware of any standard for half-width racking however.
