I just purchased a set of JBL 4429 speakers, which are rated at 6 ohms. I have a McIntosh MAC6700 receiver, which has speaker hooks ups rated for 8 ohms, 4 ohms and 2 ohms......Which is the best selection for the JBL 4429, the 8 ohms or the 6 ohms hook ups? Interesting, this set of JBL 4429 were manufactured in Indonesia and this is the first set of JBLs I purchased in 41 years not manufactured at Northridge, Ca. (L65A/L112/120Ti). Any thoughts are appreciated.
