Hello All,
First time post so I apologize if it is in the wrong place. I just bought a pair of JBL SR 4725 PA speakers. They seem to sound just fine but the plastic corner protectors are cracked, worn through or missing. Because of the trapezoidal shape of the box, generic corner protectors won't work. There are 4 different shapes (a different one for right front, left front, right rear and left rear corners) and JBL has no remaining stock. Can anyone recommend a source? Thanks.
Also, the black carpeting material on one of the boxes seems to look quite faded. Maybe, at one point, it was in the sun for a long time. I thought of brushing a solution of black Rit Dye into the fabric. Is there a better way to make these boxes a bit more presentable. I'm not looking to restore them to showroom new condition. They will be installed and used in a more or less permanent location.
