Looking to make some new audio buds after a cross-country move. Any lansing fellers or ladies in the mass area? I'm in Metro West, specifically Ashland/Framingham.

Dude, you left the land of Lansing and moved to the land of Villchur and Kloss. Sell off all your JBLs and grab some nice KLH or AR systems! :bouncy:

It's worse than that- I'm 5 mi from Bose HQ. Hence looking for non-blose mindset people :)

Welcome to the right Coast!!!
Just what we needed, More JBL competition!!!
You have been lucky so far it has been a mild start to the winter, let's hope it stays like that, at least the days are starting to get longer...
I live down in the South Shore...Foxboro/Sharon area, drop me a note.

Sounds great Gary- I definitely appreciate more sunshine, the dark of winter bothers me more than the cold. I'll PM you, perhaps we can find a time to meet up- I'm a 9-5 kind of guy so have a decent amount of flexibility for weekends/evenings.

Hey welcome to the sunny NorthEast :-)

If you want to meet some local like-minded JBL (and vintage hi-fi in general) fans, I'd recommend surfing over to AudioKarma and keeping an eye on the "Events and Happenings" area. We meet at least twice a year for a combination listening party, "yard sale" and general meet and greet BS session in Sutton Ma.

Love to have you with us...

Sounds good to me! For now, I'll probably reach out in the next week or two to some of the newly-identified locals to host a casual meeting at my house, I have a pretty good setup for running several systems at a time.

Hi, I live in Auburndale and have a pair of JBL Array 1400s and now also Revel F228Bes, as well as Epique CBT24s, all of which have Lansing heritage. Happy to chat if you have any questions about the area, as well.
