I know some of you have had work done by "edgewound" (Ken @ Upland Loudspeaker Service). He's supposed to be one of the best JBL service techs in my area. I've been unable to reach him; his website is still up yet he hasn't responded to my emails and voicemail messages. Does anyone have any current info on how to get hold of him? Thanks.

I just talked with him. He's apparently relocating his shop and is a little behind the curve, but expected to be back up to normal soon.

OK, thanks. It's good to hear he's OK and still in business. No big hurry; I'll just sit tight until he's ready.
