What's your application? ( ie; is your system 2-way or 3-way with tweeter ? )

Were you still using the original diaphragms until recently ? ( or something else )

Anyways, I find the Radian 1225-8 diaphragm really quite good, though they are softer sounding in the UHF than say a comparable Altec ( & certainly more mellow than a 2425/6 titanium diaphragm ) .

2 way for the moment. Used for stereo system in my house.

Better than JBL titanium, cheaper than JBL aluminium.

I use a pair in 2420 and they sound great to me.

I use a pair of Radian in my 2421 for my 4345s and think they are great. I might add that anyone that have compression drivers to pull the back off and check if the foam has deteriorated. Mine was a mess and even got under the diaphragm.
