This section of the (free) Internet Archive has seventy-two thousand items to download or just stream. The electric microphone came into recording use about 1925 and this site has a good many acoustic recordings done before that. Interesting to compare. I am listening to Police Dog Blues By Blind Blake. Charming and remarkable!
