Can a K140 become a 136A/2231A ?

I have a pair of K140 AlNiCo baskets. Are they the same as 136A/2231A baskets ? I want to recone them with C8R2235 kits I have.

Yes, You can, but first measure the magnet flux in the gap, may be re-magnetization is a must.
