I'm preparing to cutout baffles for a project. the woofers are 315mm or 12 13/32 the jig i was going to purchase
is built in 1/16 increments, so i guess i can cut the hole at 12 3/8 and remove the 1/32 with a wood wasp
or a 1/32 flush trim bit
baffle is baltic 13ply.

please advise.

If the hole is too small just use a chamfer router bit to make it slightly larger. It will probably fit in a hole that is 1/32nd too small anyway.

what degree, is your recommendation.

you'd pick a chamfer bit in lieu of a rasp, i don't feel the gap created by using a larger bit would be held tightly
by the rear gasket unless i took a step up in its size of maybe the 3m putty.
in any case thank you.
