Also interested- what looks like the midbass horn seems to be a very straight flare?

Highs are 2404, mids are 2446 With in 2360 horn,

Midbass are 2220 in partially vented FLH Boxes:

Have been participating in this project, and had a visit last week to inspect the final result. It sounds just as "badass" as it looks! actually quite surprising how accurate this system is, and not just for fuzzguitars even it can definately rock and could probably tear the house down now that the owner installed 2 bridged CTS2000 for the 2269

The crossovers are approximately as follows: Highpass at 25hz with full response all the way down, 100/600/7000 done with a Hypex DLCP DSP/preamp. Very little dsp correction apart from the CD compensation since especially the bass response was very linear in the room.
There is 2220A in the conical midbasshorns and aquaplased diaphragms in the 2446 that rolls off quite steeply at 7k. The 2360 horns are damped with automotive undercoating.
The 2220 gives linear response to approx 75hz in these conical horns (about 80cm long), so it would be possible to move the crossover between 2269 and 2220 further down.

Very nice looking setup!
Could you tell us more about the midhorns? Are they calculated via hornresp? I'm very interested in building a pair of midhorns using 2220 or perhaps 2227.

the midhorns were initially simulated with hornresp.
Its very easy to work with 2220 as it is made for these kind of horns
Design criterias was a horn to cover 80-600hz, and it ended up being appros 80cm long with moderate compression (400cm2 throat) and a mouth of approx 3500cm2. Teoretically an exponential horn would give a smoother response, but the difference is marginal, so we built them conical as it is waaay easier.

back chamber was originally about 20l, but now we are experimenting with a semi open chamber (resistive) to get rid off some nasty impedance peaks right above cutoff, and it seems to work very well

we have experimented with 2220, e130, e145 and e140 and they all perform great. One fellow in norway tested 2227 but was not too impressed compared to the other, but no reason to not to try if you have them available
Just punch in the data in hornresp and see how they will teoretically behave.
